- Beautiful and exceptionally furnished, 5 bedroom villa with a pool area that benefits from the sun, all day long.
- The villa is in the sought after gated community of Sunset Ridge,which is ideally located for Disney (30 minutes), Universal (30 minutes), SeaWorld (35 minutes), Premium Outlets (25 minutes), championship golf courses and supermarkets (5 minutes). The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches of Clearwater and others in the Tampa area are 90 minutes away, whilst the famous Daytona Beach on the Atlantic Cost is a 60 minute drive.
- The villa is just a few minutes drive from the popular Posner Park Mall, that offers Bath & Body Works, Hobby Lobby, Target, an I-Max Cinema and other independent stores. There is also a great bar. There are a number of restaurants near the entrance and this area is being quickly developed after a break during the Pandemic.
- Boasting 2 Master Suites, 2 Kids themed bedrooms and another twin (which can be made up as a double bedded room if requested in advance), we are proud to offer you Orchid Villa for your next Orlando vacation.
- The Family Room with lovely leather sofas and a large TV has patio doors that open up into the Pool Deck, with estate border fence to the rear.
- The private Pool is screened to minimise pesky bugs, so that you can enjoy cooling off in the pool or sunning yourself on the pool deck. We have added a child safety pool fence.
- There is a second seating area, with its own sleeper sofa in, which can be used to sleep another 2 guests (bringing the total to stay in the villa to 12).
- The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Should you choose to eat at home, the villa amenities are plentiful and you will find ample crockery, cutlery, pans, dishes and cooking utensils to prepare a snack or a family meal. There is a formal dining area.
- There is a seperate Laundry Room with a full size US Washer and Dryer for your use.
- Free wifi and international landline calls to many countries including UK, US, Canada and Europe are offered.
- The villa is fully alarmed and we request you set the alarm before you leave the property. For added security, we operate a key lock and code entry system. Your unique code will be provided for you before you travel.
