•   Lounge

A large sectional sofa and additional armchair will give you comfortable seating when relaxing after a day at the parks.

The open plan design has patio doors which give access to the pool and deck area.

•   The Den

The Den provides an extra lounge area with its own television and D.V.D. player or acts as a quiet space to have some relaxing time to read by yourself.   It also has a sleeper sofa, so giving you the extra bed to sleep up to 12 people.

•   Kitchen

The Kitchen is fully equipped with self– clean cooker, dish washer, microwave and large family refrigerator with ice maker.

For those who want to cook, you will find all the utensils etc you require.   The Breakfast Bar provides some additional seating.

•   Dining Room

The Dining Room is situated close to the kitchen and has a large table with six comfortable chairs - a focal point for meals in.

•   Master Bedroom 1

This Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow-top mattress for a comfortable nights sleep.   It has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom also has access to the pool and deck area.

•   Master Bedroom 2

This Bedroom has a large window looking out on to the pool and decking.   It has the same comfortable bed and also has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.

•   Twin Bedroom 1

Two comfortable beds make up this bright cheerful bedroom.  It is next door to the third bathroom.  All bathrooms are provided with hair dryers.

•   Twin Bedroom 2

If you have any little Princesses in your party they will adore this Bedroom, with its own Princess television and clock, and Ballerina pictures.

•   Twin Bedroom 3

The last Bedroom but not the least, still comfortable and well furnished.   All bedrooms have a colour television.

•   Pool

Secluded screened Pool just for you.  A child safety net gives protection for any little people staying in the villa; it just folds away if not needed.  The large extended deck provides plenty of sunbathing area.   A Conservation Area is behind us, so watch out for the wildlife - cranes are often roaming around.  There is also a covered area if you need to retreat from the Sun’s Rays.

Pool heating is optional but is not normally required between the months of May to October.

•   Utility Room

Just to add to the amenities provided, there is a separate Utility Room with a large capacity washer and tumble drier, together with vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.

•   General

Included in the Villa are all the linens, towels and hair dryers so that you can travel light - in fact, all you need to pack is your WALLET !!!   However, to keep your wallet and other valuables secure - there is a free safe for your use.

A telephone is provided and all local calls are free.   

We have a free wireless broadband connection - so you can bring your own laptop.

There is a Playstation 3 games system available in the villa, that can be used, but for which we will require a refundable deposit - to be left with the Management Company.

Both the lawns and pool are maintained by professionals, so you may see them being attended to while staying at the villa.

Please note that the property is non-smoking.

Pets are allowed at the discretion of the owners. Note that an additional security deposit is required.
