The rental rates are fully inclusive. All towels and linens are provided and all utilities, air conditioning, local telephone calls and cable TV are free.
Pool Heating is optional at £85 week and may be required during the cooler months from October to April.
A refundable security deposit of £250 per stay is due with the final balance 8 weeks prior to occupation of the villa.
Your security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure, subject to a status report from our Management Company.
