To the back of the property, the entire pool and deck area is covered by a framed screen - Lanai - protecting you from bugs and insects. It does still allow the sun’s rays through, so adequate protection is required. The pool has its own retractable safety fence, a safety factor required by law for young children, which just folds away when not required. There is also a large decking area to enjoy sunbathing. If you need shelter, there is also a covered area.

 

All outside doors are alarmed, as another safety feature, when youngsters are staying at the villa.

This newly built Executive Style holiday villa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac location, on an oversized lot. It also backs onto a Conservation Area, giving a higher level of privacy than most rental homes provide.

 

The Villa has 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, 2 being en-suites, and all accommodation has been tastefully furnished throughout.

 

It has 2 Lounge areas and a Kitchen / Diner together with a separate utility room.

 

It sleeps 10 people but with the use of the sleeper sofa in the Den can accommodate up to 12 people.

 

Just check out the weather - it’s just great all year round for visiting the theme parks, lazing in the sun and for playing golf.

 

As well as being close to all the main attractions, there are many excellent Golf Courses, including Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate, many of which are Championship courses, just 10 minutes drive away.

 

There are over 120 golf courses within an hours drive!

 

The villa is situated within the Sunset Ridge gated community on the US 27, just 2 miles off the I-4 at Davenport, Exit 55.

 

It is only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 12 minutes away from the Walt Disney area.

 

There is also a Wal-Mart superstore just 5 minutes away and a good choice of restaurants close by.
